THE RANDOM THOUGHT OF THE DAY

Lots of important people (God, Jesus, Allah, Joseph Smith, L. Ron Hubbard, Donald Trump, ect.) write golden-leafed manuscripts that convey the ideas behind their basic philosophical tenants (for example, stoning naughty children is a practice that all God-fearing people should observe*). So why shouldn't I make such a philosophical tome? I'm CHOCK full of ideas that I want to ram down other people's throats. So without further ado, here be my masterpiece:

12/10/2009 ~ Here are two things I have noticed about humanity while browsing these hallowed halls of DeviantART...

First, people are happiest when they are bragging.

Secondly, 98% of the people who pose for photos at cosplay conventions look as if they regret doing so. And when I say "regret", I specifically mean "these people look as if they just realized 'Oh my god. This is what I'm doing with my life?? Oh god... I hope I can destroy that film before my less-than-stellar reputation takes a kamikaze nosedive."'

Remember, good looks are never out of style!

To anyone who actually cares about this page or possibly its proprietor:

Sorry for not updating in a couple of months. For some odd reason, I've really become disinterested in making "art" lately. Probably because I've been a lazy bastard. There's one new cartoon up, which (hopefully) will run in the paper down here. I'm not gonna guarantee anything new in the near future, sadly. I've got to worry about finals. As soon as that's finished I jump ship for home and start working full time. With the economy and jobs going down the shitter, that's not a bad thing, really.

So, just to let you know, I'm still alive and still cranking out stuff at a trickle pace. If I don't get around to writing a new journal entry before the holiday break (I won't), have a merry Christmas, a happy Hanukkah, a cool Kwanzaa, or whatever other crazy-ass festivities you deviants partake in. Peace!
